Does StayOps take bookings or payments from guests?
No. It does not replace Airbnb or Booking.com. It reads their calendar links so your cleaning schedule follows your bookings.
Which calendars work?
Any calendar that gives you an iCal link: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Lodgify, Smoobu, Google Calendar and others. You can also add bookings by hand.
What does the cleaner need?
A phone with the StayOps app (iPhone or Android). You create their login. They only see the turnovers assigned to them.
What if there is no signal in the flat?
The app keeps working. Ticks, notes and photos are saved on the phone and sent when the signal returns.
Is it legal advice or a channel manager?
Neither. It is an operations tool for cleaning, supplies, repairs and reporting.
