Terms of use

These terms are between you and Iraady Ltd, Kigali, Rwanda ("we") for the StayOps website and mobile apps ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service is

StayOps helps hosts and property managers organise cleaning, checklists, supplies, repairs and reports for short-term rentals. It reads calendar links you provide to import bookings. It is an operations and record-keeping tool. It is not a booking platform, a channel manager, or legal, tax or financial advice. StayOps is not affiliated with Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo. Reports use the figures you enter, so check them against your platform payout statements before you rely on them for tax or for an owner.

Your account

• You must be an adult and give accurate details. Keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the staff logins you create and the access notes you share with them.
• You must have the right to store the information you enter about guests, staff and properties, and to give your staff access to it.

Trial, plans and payment

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with all features. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the account becomes read-only: you can still view and export your records, but you cannot add or change them. Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Until online payment is available, plans are arranged by email with hello@iraady.com. You can cancel at any time by email. The mobile apps do not sell plans or take payment.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to store content you have no right to hold, to upload photos of people without their consent, to attack or overload the service, to point the calendar importer at addresses that are not calendar links, or to try to access another person's account.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You can export them and you can delete your account at any time, which deletes your data (see the privacy notice). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Calendar imports depend on the booking platforms, which may delay or change their calendar data, so check important arrivals on the platform itself. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from a missed or late cleaning, a booking that did not import, an incorrect figure you entered, or a notification that was not delivered. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
